When you subscribe to the weekly digest we collect your email address. Providing it is entirely voluntary. We use it only to send the newsletter and transactional emails (e.g. a welcome message). We never sell or rent subscriber lists.

We may use analytics tools (e.g. Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics) that collect aggregated, anonymised information about how visitors use the site — pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and device type. This data is used solely to understand site performance and improve content.

FRED (Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis) — Public economic data API. No personal data is transmitted to FRED.

4. Data Retention
Subscriber email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any digest email or by emailing us directly. Unsubscribed addresses are retained in our records solely to prevent accidental re-subscription; they are never emailed again.
5. Children's Privacy
SunBeltPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
